Blasieholmen, a central Stockholm peninsula is lined by lovely strandwalks, one of which, Blasieholmshamnen is newly covered with these copper shelters by Marge Arkitekter. They serve as ticket shops, as Blasieholmen is a ship link.
Copper is my obsession at the moment and will definitely be part of a collection I will be making for me&m.
I heard it was snowing in Bratislava today, I find it funny as Stockholm lies far more North and there have been no trace of snow or anything like it yet - to my satisfaction, as I would like to keep postponing a winter boot purchase for a little longer.
Briefly today, as I am intelectually drawn into writing my masters thesis proposal, due on Wednesday noon. Have a good start of the week :)
Blasieholmen je centrálny, resp. jeden z centrálnych štokholmských poloostrovov, obkolesený príjemnou promenádou, časť z nej, Blasieholmshamnen je zatiaľ krátko pokrytá týmito medenými búdkami od architektov Marge Arkitekter. Slúžia ako stánky s lístkami na loď, ktorá vás z Blasieholmen zoberie napr. na Slussen alebo na Vaxholm.
Na meď mám veľkú slabosť, určite bude súčasťou ďalšej kolekcie pre me&m.
Počula som, že dnes v Bratislave napadol prvý sneh, u nás zatiaľ ani chýru ani slychu, naopak, dnes svietilo slniečko k mojej radosti, keďže sa chcem ešte chvíľu vyhýbať zimným čižmám a ich nákupu.
Dnes takto stručne, lebo som mysľou niekde inde: vo vedľajšom tabe, kde mám rozrobený projekt na magisterskú prácu, ktorý v stredu odovzdávam.
